We’d like to invite you along for a bit of mid-winter fun at the end of this month..

Over the past few months a bunch of awesome young artists have been getting pieces together for Skyscrapings. In the unlikely setting of a costume shop, and with artists whose work you quite possibly will not have seen before, this is to be an exhibition of the unexpected.

The Opening on Friday July 30th, will be a celebration of the kinds of wild creativity that often goes on in the relative safety of one’s own home, the ideas that haunt you late at night, but without a reason to be, rarely see the light of day. Skyscrapings, the exhibition and the celebration has provided us with the reason to do something different, something very fun, and some colour and noise to wake us from mid-winter slumbers.
