Creative Communities Funding Scheme now open
A total of $15,000 is available for distribution to individuals and organisations for projects, which will:
· increase participation in the arts.
· widen the range of arts available in the community.
· support artistic expression of the diverse cultures within the district.
· enhance and strengthen the local arts sector.
Applicants should be residing in the district and apply for funds for projects that will take place and produce benefits within the Gisborne/East Coast District.
Application forms are available from Gisborne District Council Office, Fitzherbert Street, Gisborne and close at the, 4.00pm on Friday, 29 February 2008.
